Casualties: Reports indicate that several civilians were injured, including a young man and a woman who sustained wounds and fractures. Preliminary information mentions that Rami Abdo suffered head stab wounds, Molham Eid was stabbed twice, and Diala Said and Dima Said sustained bruises.

Sectarian Identity of the Victims:
The attack directly targeted a residential area predominantly inhabited by members of the Alawite sect. Sectarian slurs were reportedly shouted during the assault, confirming the sectarian nature of the attack.

Perpetrators (Suspected):
A group of armed individuals from the “Masaken al-Sahraa” area in neighboring Qudsaya, most of whom are originally from Idlib province. The group had publicly threatened in a video earlier to attack the neighborhood after the leadership of the 40th Division, affiliated with the Ministry of Defense of the Interim Government (Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham), ordered them to evacuate Masaken al-Sahraa in Qudsaya.
