The information received, in addition to previously documented cases of violations, indicates that this arrest comes within the framework of a broader campaign carried out by forces affiliated with the Interim Authority in Syria, targeting the Kurdish population in the towns of Tall Aran and Tall Hasel in the southern Aleppo countryside.
