Facts:
The body of the young man, Mahmoud Khneiseh (from the Alawite community), was found at the mentioned location.
He had been previously kidnapped by forces affiliated with the interim authority (Hayat Tahrir al-Sham).
The victim was originally from the town of Ein al-Kurum in the al-Ghab plain.
